What a clever masterpiece Beth!Bravo!
This is so cool! I love that quote, used it myself a time or two, and the look on her face is priceless. I love the coloring too! However did you do it?
it's the best way to "hand color" i've seen.... each part with a different color needs to be selected, copied, pasted in place (so I had layers on top of each person like dress, skin, eyes, hair, lips, etc.) For each of these layers I clipped an hue/ saturation adjustment layer (clicking the box for "colorize") and played with the sliders until I got the color I wanted.here is a link to the tutorial I watched that got me started:http://youtu.be/cGc7oGWIrGg(if the link doesn't work you could google it... it's a youtube video "turning a black and white photo into color" where they colorize marilyn monroe's lips.
What fun! Love the quote with your playful image!
Fantastic. Great quote and oh so dramatic image. I was thinking it made perfect sense that the woman was the one with her head on her shoulders and the man with his in the clouds. xox
great job, great technique!:-)
That is really a masterpiece!Love the facial expressions, the colors and the quote is so clever and impressive pictured.I'm excited!
Oh that made me laugh when I first saw it, and yet there's such a depth of meaning to it.
